• 35.8 hectares of vineyards of which 30 hectares registered as Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.
• approximately 8 ha of olive grove (760 plants, Muraiolo, Leccino and Frantoiano varieties)
• approximately 10 ha of pasture and arable land.
