Very reliable agency, they followed me from start to finish with professionalism, helping me to resolve any small problems that arose. After the visit we made our choices and he set about negotiations on our behalf, coming out with two deals we were very happy with. We met Antonio in Chianti in October 2021 when we were deciding whether to move to Italy to fulfil our retirement plans and escape the restrictions of Brexit. Our search had started in Umbria, moved through Val d’Orcia and to the Tuscan coast before deciding to look in Chianti.
Over the next six months we were in constant contact with Antonio from our UK home as we discussed several houses in Chianti which involved Antonio driving to various houses at sunset in December to show us the views over FaceTime.
By the turn of the year time we decided to make the move to Italy wholesale and redoubled our search for two houses, one by the coast and a search for a main home covering Chianti and Val d’Orcia.
Even though two of the areas where outside of Antonio’s ‘patch’ he helped us sieve through many properties and contacted the agents for us, seemingly knowing someone in every area we looked at!

We bought an apartment in Tuscany via Antonio Lappucci’s “Immobiliare Chianti” in Radda.
From the first meeting on, and until the purchase, heguided us in an optimal way. Still, it wasn’t easy: the sellers were in Asia, and we were in Belgium, all speaking different languages.
Antonio also had to do all the procedures during the Covid-19 period, meaning without practically any face-to-face contact. Yet, everything happened without any delay.
